The BLAX marker rod features a powerful butt section to help cast out marker floats, yet retains a degree of sensitivity towards the end of the tip section to help identify and read the features of the lake bed.
Featuring 2x depth gauge markers at 30cm and 50cm above the reel seat, the rod also benefits from a Glow in the Dark Luminous tip section that’s easy to see in low light or night time conditions; simply charge it up with a torch for maximum effect.
To achieve the best ‘sensitivity’ and ‘feel’ when using a marker rod, it’s strongly recommended to use a Low stretch braid such as our Spod & Marker Braid and a feature finding lead.
