This classic Trout fly reel is in used condition and in full working order with just a little gravel rash as shown. This reel was made in Alnwick, England and comes with its original pouch.

Hardy Say: Ultralite reels are the lightest fly reels for a given line capacity. The reels are machined from bar stock aluminium for the greatest possible structural strength. There are two series, both designed with an exposed rim for palm control: the Ultralite Disc and the Golden JLH Ultralite.

The Ultralite Disc has a black anodised finish with silver highlighting and a disc drag system that can be fast-focused from minimum to maximum drag with a single turn of the regulator. The reel can be set to an audible click if desired.
