The A400 Xtreme Plus incorporates the Steelium Plus Barrel Technology which makes it the first in the Beretta hunting shotgun ranges. This offers the A400 Xtreme superior patterning on all hunting loads as well as reduced recoil. Taking further inspiration from the competition shotgun world the A400 Xtreme makes use of a step rib with mid-bead and fibre optic front bead allowing for proper sighting in all conditions. An extended charging handle as been introduced alongside an enlarged loading port to make operating the shotgun in colder conditions easier. The A400 Xtreme Plus stock now features a soft comb, which reduces the felt recoil imparted to the shooter’s cheek even further.
